Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use TCG Collectors' services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Trading and Transactions

All trading card transactions are subject to verification and authentication processes.

• All sales are final unless otherwise specified
• Cards must be accurately described
• Disputes will be handled through our resolution process
• We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent transactions

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To transmit or procure sending of advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate another person or entity

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TCG Collectors or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
